Phase I: Navy SEAL Workout
This will take you from beginner to ready for Bootcamp BUT NOT for BUDs...The next phase of the four phase Navy SEAL workout will help you get beyond the minimum standards at BUDS.
If you meet the minimum standards of the BUD/S PST - you have only a 6% chance of graduating BUD/S. This program gets you above the minimum, but you will have to workout to reach these standards for an 85% graduation rate:
Swim 500yd - under 9:00
Pushups - 100+
Situps 100+
Pullups - 20+
1.5 mile run - under 9:00

The Navy SEAL Workout (phase 2 and 3 = 12 weeks)

Get phase 1 if you are a relative beginner - meaning that you can barely meet the minimum standards on the Navy SEAL PST:
500yd swim - 12:30
Pushups - 60
Situps - 50
Pullups - 8
1.5 mile run - 11:30
If you cannot meet or just barely meet these scores, then Phase 1 is for you.
If you care getting better scores than most of the above PST scores - then the Phase 2 and 3 ebook is right for you.
Phase 4 - The Grinder PT - Key to Mental Toughness is one of the toughest workouts I have ever developed and it gives you an idea of what the first four weeks at BUDS is like.
